Brand Finance Analyst

About the role

The Brand Finance Analyst Iberia will support the commercial teams by ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for Spin Master's toy portfolio in the Iberian market. Reporting to the Senior Brand Finance Analyst South Europe, you will act as a key finance partner for sales and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and validate Iberia Toy Line Plans (TLPs) and associated rates.
• Support the Vendor Cost Approval (VCA) process for Europe‑specific TLPs.
• Provide training on the TLP tool to sales and marketing teams.
• Create and validate price lists in SAP, ensuring timely market approvals.
• Track, report and plan total marketing spend for the Iberia market.
• Prepare Iberia budget and forecast profit‑and‑loss statements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Model financial scenarios for new products and initiatives.
• Analyze sales allowance costs and advise on profitability levers.
• Measure ROI of marketing investments and support productivity‑driving initiatives.
• Deliver regular market and brand performance reporting.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance, sales, marketing and operations teams.
• Good understanding of profit levers and commercial limitations in the consumer goods/toy sector.
• Proactive approach to providing decision‑support and financial insights.
