Business Developer

About the role

Alliance Healthcare España, part of the global Cencora group, is looking for a Business Developer to strengthen its presence in the clinical trial services market. You will work closely with strategic clients across the pharmaceutical, biotech and CRO sectors, helping to grow the business while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients such as CROs, pharma companies and biotech firms.
• Prepare, present and negotiate budgets for clinical trial services.
• Follow up on quotes and manage the negotiation process.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Oversee document management, including CDAs and MSAs.
• Represent the company at national and international events.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations and Regulatory Affairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, life sciences or a related field.
• Experience in business development within a B2B environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare services and clinical supplies.
• Fluent English, as the hiring process is conducted in this language.
