Campaign Content Manager

About the role

Joko is looking for a Campaign Content Manager to lead the creative side of its CRM content strategy. Reporting to the Head of Campaign & Merchandising, you will design and optimise push notifications and email campaigns that engage millions of shoppers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling push and email content aligned with campaign objectives.
• Develop and execute content strategies that drive user engagement and conversion.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline production, test variations, and scale creative output.
• Own the CRM content pipeline: briefing, prioritisation, scheduling and delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, B2B and other cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into effective CRM messages.
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely rollout across all CRM channels.
• Analyse performance data and user behaviour to continuously optimise messaging.

• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and deliver results.
• Comfort with data‑informed optimisation and iterative testing.
