Cash Management – Liquidity Product Associate

About the role

Join Santander's Global Cash Management team as a Liquidity Product Associate, based in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid. You will support the transformation and expansion of the bank's global liquidity product suite, helping to shape the roadmap for solutions such as Cash Concentration, Transactional FX and Virtual Accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global and Local GTB Cash Sales and Product teams to analyse client requirements and market trends.
• Support customer retention and new‑business growth by optimising existing liquidity products.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure products meet business needs and growth targets.
• Assist in the design, development and governance of new liquidity products.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for product approvals from concept to launch.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing technical guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain and evolve the Target Operating Model in partnership with Operations, IT and Front‑Office.
• Centralise and streamline the global liquidity offering to deliver a unified proposition.
• Monitor product performance and define key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into product solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in cash management, liquidity solutions or related banking products.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.
