Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Mallorca Opening)

About the role

As a Client Advisor for LOEWE’s new store in Mallorca, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to every client. You will work in a fast‑moving, ambitious environment where creativity, craftsmanship, and culture intersect.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
• Engage clients emotionally, building long‑lasting relationships.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, or personalized notes.
• Share LOEWE’s heritage and product stories through knowledgeable storytelling.
• Develop and update client portfolios using company tools.
• Participate in visual merchandising according to brand standards.
• Ensure products are organized, clean, and secure both front‑ and back‑of‑house.
• Support inventory management and ad‑hoc back‑of‑house tasks.
• Uphold LOEWE’s grooming, behavior, and policy standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting individual goals and contributing to team results.
• Experience in a customer‑centric, luxury retail environment.
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
• Inclusive, open‑minded, confident, and adaptable attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build a client portfolio.
• Results‑driven with a commercial mindset while being a team player.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
