Client Success Associate - Norwegian Speaking

About the role

Gartner's Client Success team follows a Client for Life philosophy: associates help every client receive value beyond their investment by understanding and surfacing client priorities, breaking down challenges and supporting clients in making the right decisions. The role covers onboarding clients, proving the value of Gartner services and stimulating engagement of products used by large client teams. The position is open to Egham, UK or Barcelona, Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients from senior C-level to more junior roles in IT, HR, supply chain, marketing, finance, legal and sales to ensure successful use of their Gartner subscription.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to prospective and new clients, manage accounts or connect clients with the Gartner expert community.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner's resources to maximise the return on their membership.
• Work with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and business results, share best practices and design solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Use insights and metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.

Required profile

• Fluent Norwegian and English at business level.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with 6+ months of relevant professional and/or internship experience.
• Proven track record of success driven by a passion for delighting clients.
