About the role
IQVIA's Instrument Licensing Solutions and Patient & Site Strategy team manages a broad COA portfolio and is expanding its use beyond clinical trials and real-world evidence into routine care, registries, health systems, quality measurement and population health. This role leads the cross-portfolio operational implementation of Population Health initiatives, turning a strategy co-developed by Sales and COA Management into implementation roadmaps, readiness frameworks, governance processes and execution plans across therapeutic areas.
Key responsibilities
- Translate the Population Health strategy into an implementation roadmap, operating model and governance tools (RACI, issue/risk logs, dashboards, playbooks)
- Lead cross-functional implementation across therapeutic areas and COA Managers, partnering with health data standards, EHR integration, data platforms, privacy, eCOA, quality measurement and RWE/HEOR teams
- Manage implementation risks and dependencies, including technology readiness, EHR workflow barriers, data exchange and privacy considerations
- Define a cross-portfolio readiness framework and coordinate with TA COA Managers to assess instrument readiness before deployment in routine care, registries and pilot programs
- Create reusable templates and models for future therapeutic areas and define how COAs fit into routine care, registries, quality measurement and value-based care
- Translate implementation learnings into refinements of the operating model and roadmap, and coordinate publications, validation and registry evidence
- Work with the Population Health Strategist and Sales on implementation feasibility, resource needs and sequencing, while remaining separate from sales targets and commercial negotiations
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in public health, health economics, outcomes research, health informatics, life sciences, healthcare administration, business/product management or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Population Health, HEOR, RWE, healthcare implementation, health-system consulting, registry strategy, outcomes research, digital health, quality measurement, market access or related roles
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and evolving operating models
- Prior COA/PRO experience strongly preferred but can be developed with strong implementation and health-system expertise
- Fluent English, spoken and written; the role is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship
Required skills
- Strong project and program management: roadmap development, milestone tracking, dependency and risk management, governance reporting
- Ability to turn complex scientific, technical, operational, legal, quality-measurement, reimbursement and commercial requirements into scalable workflows and governance tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation and executive-ready writing, able to address both technical and non-technical audiences
