Communication Specialist – Digital & Tech

About the role

We are looking for a Communication Specialist to support the Senior Communications Manager and the Change Management team within Digital & Tech (D&T). The role sits at the intersection of digital, communications and the business, translating complex topics into clear, engaging stories for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create well‑structured communication materials, including presentations and storytelling decks.
• Design, maintain and act as a super‑user for SharePoint sites, ensuring usability and clear structure.
• Support campaign execution and content planning; Marketo experience is a plus.
• Collaborate with the Senior Communications Manager and stakeholders to gather information, provide updates and promote key projects.
• Manage the D&T hub platform, keeping information up‑to‑date for different audiences.
• Monitor communication effectiveness, analyse results and prepare reports for the communications team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a corporate communication role.
• Excellent storytelling and content‑creation abilities, especially for presentations.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong attention to structure and flow.
• SharePoint expertise at a super‑user level.
• Native‑level English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Organised, able to manage multiple topics and work both independently and in a team.
• Curiosity and a strong drive to learn, particularly in digital and AI spaces.
