Community Program Manager, C-Level Communities

About the role

Gartner is looking for a Community Program Manager for its C-Level Communities in Barcelona. The role manages and enhances executive-level communities, requiring a strategic thinker with strong business development, project management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to build trust-based relationships with C-level executives. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, engage and retain C-level executives through multi-channel, multi-touch outreach, using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outbound prospecting
• Foster relationships with qualified C-level members, understand their needs and priorities, and facilitate peer-to-peer interaction and knowledge sharing
• Work with internal partners to develop agendas and execute community programs, handling all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs
• Travel to in-person programs about four times a year, acting as host or MC, which involves some public speaking
• Act as the main point of contact for community members and partner with Content, Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Operations to deliver high-impact programs
• Analyse community data to track engagement, growth and program success, and drive C-level participation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience
• Business development and business-to-business experience highly preferred
• Proven experience building trust-based relationships with C-level executives

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office and PowerBI preferred
• Project management and prioritisation skills
