About the role

The Night Concierge provides guest assistance and reception services during the night shift at Hotel Occidental Playa de Palma. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any incidents that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver qualified assistance and information to guests, handling various reception tasks during the night shift.
• Report to the Reception Manager on work progress, incidents, and any issues encountered.
• Assume hotel responsibilities as delegated by the reception manager or director.
• Understand and promote the hotel’s and company’s objectives, involving staff in achieving them.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar night concierge or front‑desk role, preferably in a 4‑star hotel.
• Formal training in tourism or hospitality.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English and/or German.
