Corporate & Commercial Lawyer (English proficient)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified lawyer with a strong focus on corporate and commercial law to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, support complex transactions, and act as a primary contact for both national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters.
• Participate in M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of contracts.
• Manage corporate operations such as company incorporations, capital increases, and restructurings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate national and international commercial contracts.
• Offer ongoing legal support to clients throughout their business development.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on complex deals.
• Monitor applicable regulations and advise on compliance matters.

Required profile

• Law degree; a Master’s degree for Bar admission is a plus.
• Previous experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in a law firm.
• High level of English (minimum C1).
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and commercial contracts.
• Interest or experience in corporate transactions (M&A).
• Proactive, analytical, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in dynamic, international environments.
