Cost Finance Analyst

About the role

Revlon is seeking a Cost Finance Analyst to provide high‑quality financial support to its Manufacturing Area. The role will deliver timely, accurate, and decision‑oriented information to senior management, helping to drive cost efficiency and performance across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Cost Controller in monitoring plant performance.
• Perform monthly variance analysis (actual vs. standard costs) and build monthly/quarterly reports.
• Monitor key plant KPIs such as efficiency, inventory adjustments, occupancy, and lower‑level inventory.
• Prepare purchase price variance reports and analyses.
• Track indirect production (overhead) costs against budget and prior year.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct CAPEX analysis and reporting.
• Maintain Bill of Materials and add relevant commentary to financial figures.
• Participate in forecast and budget processes.

Required profile

• Ability to manage complex analytical tools.
• Strong multitasking skills in time‑sensitive, high‑pressure environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities.
• Effective presentation skills with clear commentary on figures.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Financial statement analysis, management accounting, and cash‑flow analysis.
• Budgeting and forecasting expertise.
