Customer Service Agent – French (Afternoon Shift)

About the role

Fever is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join its remote team on the afternoon shift. You will help users resolve issues via email, phone, and social media while representing a fast‑growing tech platform for live entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, chat and social media.
• Provide accurate, complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
• Handle complaints, propose solutions, and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer accounts.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with the Operations department on incident resolution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in user support or customer service.
• High proficiency in written and spoken French.
• Fluent in Spanish or English.
• Strong planning, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Resident of Spain.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk (preferred).
