About the role

Netzon Group is seeking bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join its international team in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous assistance via phone, email, chat and social media.
Act as a product expert for BISSELL and PM Connect, delivering accurate information.
Identify root causes of problems and propose personalized solutions.
Represent the brand positively in every interaction.

Required profile

Fluent in both English and French.
Strong empathy and ability to handle sensitive calls.
Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
Proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

Omnichannel communication (phone, email, chat, social media).

What we offer

Full‑time hybrid contract (39 h/week) with 6 office days per month.
Salary €18,711.01 gross per year plus up to €1,000 performance bonus.
One‑month probation period.
