Customer Service Representative – French speaker

About the role

Join MSX International’s Barcelona Contact Center as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for OEM vehicle owners, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a professional, high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage driver inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Monitor open cases continuously until they are resolved.
• Maintain a positive customer experience, even in challenging situations.
• Achieve customer‑satisfaction targets aligned with project KPIs.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual French speaker.
• Good command of English (B2‑C1 level).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Persuasive, negotiation‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office 365 (basic PowerPoint and Excel).
