Customer Service Representative (German & French)

About the role
Join MSX International Group as a Customer Service Representative in the automotive sector. You will interact with customers and dealers, ensuring each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently in German, French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from customers and dealers.
- Follow up with customers until a final solution is reached.
- Make reminder calls and monitor incidents to maximise satisfaction.
- Perform database updates and generate reports.
Required profile
- C1 level English and fluency in German and French.
- Availability for 30‑40 hours per week.
- Willingness to work from the Madrid office (50% hybrid, first 3 months onsite).

- Salary €24,000 gross per year.
