Customer Services Representative – Virtual Data Rooms

About the role

We are seeking a multilingual Customer Services Representative to provide technical and operational support for our Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform. Based in Barcelona, you will be the primary point of contact for clients across France, Italy, Spain, and other international markets, helping them navigate every stage of their transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical and operational support via phone and email.
• Guide clients through VDR features, workflows, and best practices.
• Assist with user management, permissions, document organization, reporting, and Q&A.
• Conduct online training sessions to maximize platform usage.
• Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal technical teams, and manage escalations.
• Monitor client requests to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, support cases, and billing information.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives and additional operational projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Native‑level fluency in French and Italian, advanced proficiency in English.
• At least 2 years of B2B customer‑facing experience (e.g., Customer Support, Client Services, Technical Support).
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivated team player with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
