Director, Demand Generation

About the role

Prosci is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to shape and execute integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline, revenue growth, and customer engagement across both individual digital/eCommerce and enterprise segments. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will translate strategy into measurable campaigns and partner with RevOps, Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Digital Experience, and Regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quarterly and annual demand generation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Design and launch a global ABM strategy, managing integrated campaigns and campaign calendars.
• Build repeatable processes and best practices to improve speed, consistency, and performance.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps to create account‑based and account‑engagement programs for target enterprises.
• Support pipeline acceleration initiatives throughout the sales cycle and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Drive lifecycle marketing for public programs, memberships, and digital offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading demand generation for both self‑service/digital and enterprise sales motions.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational excellence.
• Ability to collaborate across RevOps, Sales, Product, Brand, and regional teams.
• Track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue results.

Required skills

• Experience with ABM strategy and execution.
• Familiarity with demand generation metrics and reporting.
• Understanding of digital/eCommerce and enterprise sales processes.
