Director of Brand Communications – Iberia

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the Iberia brand communications strategy, ensuring alignment with European and global brand direction. The role will drive brand advocacy, market share growth, and net sales through integrated campaigns and activations across all consumer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Iberia’s brand communications, PR, talent and publishing strategy across categories, ensuring alignment with Europe and global priorities.
• Design and deliver integrated brand campaigns that connect communications, PR, partners, channel marketing, sports marketing and publishing.
• Oversee category communications, agency briefings and publishing plans to guarantee best‑in‑class execution.
• Develop sell‑in tools and cross‑category activation plans to support product launches throughout the GTM cycle.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, budgets, ROI and KPIs, using data and audience insights to optimise performance.
• Build and manage a network of partners, creators, influencers and cultural icons for locally resonant storytelling.
• Lead corporate PR, CSR and brand protection initiatives at the zone/country level.
• Coordinate the annual and seasonal integrated marketing calendar with GTM, omnichannel, sports and brand activation teams.
• Coach, develop and inspire the Brand Communications team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Act as a senior cross‑functional leader across Iberia and Europe, aligning stakeholders and integrating brand communications into the broader business agenda.
