Event Project Manager – MICE

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to join our Destination Management Company in Torremolinos. You will be responsible for designing and delivering bespoke MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) events and travel programs for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute customized events and incentive travel itineraries.
• Manage logistics, budgets, timelines and supplier relationships.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout each project.
• Supervise on‑site operations when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and relevant departments.
• Address unexpected challenges with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Prepare post‑event reports and performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the MICE, events, or inbound tourism sector.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluency in German & English or Italian & English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Letter of recommendation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools, especially Excel.
