Facility Management Graduate Internship – Albacete

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters’ Graduate Programme in Albacete for an 11‑month, full‑time internship focused on Facility Management and Real Estate. You will combine academic study with hands‑on experience, supporting the technical maintenance of facilities and the delivery of general services such as transport, catering and waste management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in technical maintenance activities across the campus.
• Support the optimisation of user experience in General Services (transport, catering, waste).
• Contribute to workplace design and adaptation to business requirements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from any discipline with a strong interest in aeronautical or facility‑management sectors.
• Motivated to learn and provide support in all Facility Management and Real Estate activities.
• Diverse, collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team environment.
