Fashion Sales Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Sales Manager to lead a boutique team, drive business performance and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will combine strong business acumen, people leadership and deep brand knowledge to uphold CHANEL’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor boutique results, analyse key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the execution of the Maison’s commercial strategy, ensuring alignment across the boutique.
• Develop and coach Fashion Advisors through regular feedback, performance conversations and talent development.
• Translate business objectives into clear individual goals, fostering ownership and accountability.
• Lead by example on the boutique floor, delivering personalised client interactions.
• Act as a CHANEL ambassador, promoting brand values and a collaborative team environment.
• Build long‑term client relationships through consistent clienteling.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in luxury retail, preferably fashion.
• Strong sensitivity to client experience and service excellence.
• Ability to analyse performance data and contribute to business development.
• Motivation to support team development and engagement.
• Professionalism, adaptability and strong interpersonal communication.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
