Floor Cashier

About the role

The Floor Cashier ensures accurate, transparent, and efficient billing for guests across all outlets of Nikki Beach Marbella. You will act as the financial liaison between the service floor, bar, reservations, and finance teams, delivering a seamless final impression for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑outs for restaurants, beach areas, bars, and cabanas quickly and accurately.
• Handle cash, credit cards, vouchers and other payment types securely via the POS system.
• Enter all orders, modifiers and charges correctly before generating the final bill.
• Collaborate with wait staff, head hostess and reservations to maintain billing accuracy.
• Manage complex transactions such as split bills, payment adjustments and special billing requests.
• Monitor and reconcile the cash drawer daily, maintaining proper float and balance.
• Prepare end‑of‑shift reports, handovers and POS documentation.
• Validate discounts, voids and comps with appropriate approvals.
• Support large group payments, pre‑paid packages and private events.
• Maintain a clean, organized and secure cashier station and report discrepancies to Finance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a cashier or finance‑related hospitality role.
• High numerical accuracy and strong data‑entry skills.
• Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
