About the role
Netenders, an international e-commerce group with brands such as Wordans, Needen, Ntextil and Egotier, is looking for an experienced freelance Senior Paid Social Manager to manage and scale its Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns. The position is remote and involves long-term collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns across several countries
- Structure campaigns by market, audience, product category and objective
- Manage substantial advertising budgets while meeting strict profitability targets
- Analyse performance using revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate and contribution margin
- Identify markets and campaigns where investment can be scaled up
- Develop testing plans for audiences, creatives, formats, offers and landing pages
- Work with the creative team to produce performance-driven content
- Ensure reliable tracking, attribution, pixels and naming conventions
- Monitor daily ad spend and quickly spot performance or tracking issues
- Provide clear weekly performance reports
