French Sales Advisor – Customer Hub

About the role

Join Costa Cruises' Customer Hub in Barcelona as a French Sales Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, helping them discover unforgettable cruise experiences while working in a multicultural, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls from prospective guests and conduct outbound campaigns using provided lists.
• Process bookings, update the CRM, and manage follow‑up requests from web inquiries.
• Handle email communications with a professional commercial approach.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and build lasting relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and maintain call‑handling quotas.

Required profile

• Fluent French with excellent spoken and written grammar.
• At least one year of customer‑facing sales experience.
• Strong active‑listening skills and the ability to create emotional connections.
• Confidence in handling objections and resolving conflicts with empathy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and tracking.
