Front Office Ambassador

About the role

The Front Office Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences, handle payments, and address guest inquiries with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and activating room keys.
• Handle all payment types, including credit cards, cash, checks, and traveler’s checks, and resolve disputed charges.
• Answer and record guest calls, messages, and requests, coordinating with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
• Run daily arrival and departure reports, verify special requests, and maintain accurate logs.
• Count and balance cash drawers at shift start and end, and drop receipts according to accounting procedures.
• Assist management with training, coaching, and safety reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb.
