Frontend React Developer (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Senior Front‑End Developer to join Ailin’s engineering team and help build the next‑generation platform of our product ecosystem. You will shape the frontend architecture, create scalable UI foundations and set quality standards that will guide future development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement frontend features using React with Vite as the build tool.
• Own complex UI flows end‑to‑end, from technical design through production rollout.
• Define and evolve component architecture, state‑management and data‑fetching strategies.
• Build, deploy and operate frontend applications on AWS Amplify.
• Integrate with APIs and authentication services such as Amazon Cognito.
• Ensure high performance, accessibility and UX quality, adding robust error handling and observability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and improve system boundaries.
• Review code and contribute to frontend technical decisions and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience building production applications with React.
• Hands‑on experience with Vite and modern frontend build workflows.
• Experience deploying and operating frontend apps with AWS Amplify.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Ability to create custom components and layouts without relying on UI frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SASS.
• Experience designing reusable component systems and maintaining large codebases.
• Proven skill in consuming REST APIs and handling complex asynchronous data flows.
• Understanding of authentication flows and secure frontend development patterns.
• High standards for code quality, performance and user experience, with an ownership mindset.
