General Manager – Spain

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its operations in Spain. The GM will own the country strategy, drive growth, and build high‑performing sales and technical teams to expand the adoption of ElevenLabs’ AI audio platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall Spain market strategy in line with corporate priorities.
• Recruit, develop and lead cross‑functional sales and engineering teams.
• Identify and secure enterprise customers across key verticals.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
• Monitor performance metrics, forecast revenue and manage P&L for the country.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building and scaling sales and technical teams in a B2B technology environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership and execution mindset, able to operate autonomously.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language proficiency preferred.
