Global Export & Agency Finance Analyst

About the role

The Global Export & Agency Finance team at Santander CIB is seeking an Analyst to join its Madrid office (Boadilla del Monte). The role supports the Latin American franchise by helping originate and execute Export Credit Agency (ECA) and Multilateral Agency (MLA) backed transactions across a variety of sectors and financing structures.

Key responsibilities

• Support the origination and follow‑up of the ECA and MLA pipeline across the region.
• Identify, screen and actively generate new business opportunities in collaboration with local teams, coverage bankers and product specialists.
• Prepare high‑quality client pitches, internal presentations and transaction documentation.
• Work closely with Export Credit Agencies, Multilateral Agencies and internal stakeholders to structure and close financing solutions.
• Provide analytical support for transaction monitoring and reporting.
