About the role

Join the Meetup team, now part of Bending Spoons, as a Graduate Software Engineer in Madrid. You will work on products that reach millions of users, contributing to both Meetup and other leading Bending Spoons applications. Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship features from concept to production, serving a large user base.
• Integrate advanced AI tools into the development workflow to improve speed and quality.
• Choose and apply appropriate technologies across monoliths, micro‑services, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Continuously simplify architectures and reduce unnecessary complexity.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong passion for software engineering.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of projects.
• Comfortable working in a small, talent‑dense team with minimal hierarchy.
