About the role

As a Graduate Software Engineer in our new Madrid office, you will join a fast‑growing, talent‑dense team that builds products used by millions. You will own features from concept to production while collaborating with global colleagues across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship software that scales to millions of users, taking full ownership from idea to production.
• Integrate cutting‑edge AI tools into the development workflow to accelerate design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Choose and apply the right technologies for each problem, working with monoliths, micro‑services, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, Python and Rust.
• Continuously simplify architectures, pipelines, and codebases to improve scalability and maintainability.
