IT Support Specialist

About the role

Join Bending Spoons as an IT Support Specialist and become a key player in keeping the company's technology environment running smoothly. You will work closely with internal teams, support day‑to‑day IT needs, and help integrate new acquisitions into a unified, secure ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support Spooners with day‑to‑day IT needs, triaging and resolving escalated help‑desk requests while designing automated first‑response systems and improving support workflows.
• Lead integration of IT stacks from newly acquired companies into a unified ecosystem, ensuring compatibility, continuity and strong operational standards.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure—including networking, conferencing and access‑control systems—to keep them secure and reliable.
• Manage hardware and software onboarding and off‑boarding, ensuring devices, accounts and access are correctly provisioned and documented.
• Provide technical support for live events, handling setup, testing and real‑time troubleshooting to guarantee flawless execution.
