About the role
The Guest Service Manager will act as the Property Manager on Duty at W Ibiza, overseeing all front‑of‑house operations to ensure the highest standards of hospitality. This role is central to delivering seamless guest experiences in a luxury, boho‑chic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as Property Manager on Duty, supervising all property operations.
- Represent property management in resolving guest‑related situations.
- Manage the flow of guest inquiries and direct visitors within the lobby.
- Act as Guest Relations Manager, tracking and resolving service issues.
- Lead and coach Guest Services teams to maintain service excellence.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related area, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to make quick decisions and handle guest concerns effectively.
