Head of Business Strategy

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Head of Business Strategy in Madrid. The role sits within the Growth team, which drives the company's content portfolio across verticals and markets and acts as a strategic consultant for partners and in-house projects. The position reports directly to the Global Growth Director.

Key responsibilities

• Own and build an entire business line, taking full responsibility for its strategy and performance
• Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and overall company performance
• Lead high-impact, end-to-end projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across more than 40 international markets

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy or business-related roles
• Proven track record of building trust and leading teams or key projects
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications or Aeronautics) or in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy
• Experience managing teams of skilled professionals
• Advanced English; additional languages are a plus
