About the role

Stark, a fast‑growing premium electric motorcycle manufacturer, is looking for a Head of Financial Controlling and Data to lead financial transparency, reporting and data governance. You will shape live reporting, optimise ERP processes and provide strategic insights that support the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial reporting processes that deliver clear visibility into performance.
• Design and implement live reporting solutions for real‑time financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify and drive process improvements across financial operations.
• Lead ERP optimisation and integration to streamline reporting.
• Use data analytics to uncover trends, opportunities and risks.
• Oversee data governance to guarantee accuracy, consistency and security.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis aligned with business strategy.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing team of controllers and data analysts.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in financial controlling, reporting and data management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for transparency and accuracy.
• Strategic thinker capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels.
