As the Hiring Operations Lead you will develop a seamless hiring engine and lead a remote team of coordinators, turning recruitment into a smooth end‑to‑end process. Your mission is to design scalable, data‑driven workflows that prioritize speed and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Build smart, automated workflows in the current spreadsheet environment to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Standardize hiring excellence by creating robust verification protocols for candidate quality.
• Monitor critical metrics, lead calibration efforts, and improve recruitment speed and conversion rates.
• Design and manage the headcount model for Hiring Coordinators to match global demand.
• Provide servant leadership, mentoring a remote team and ensuring alignment with quality targets.
• Identify pipeline risks and conduct recurring process audits for compliance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in fast‑paced tech or startup environments managing hiring processes.
• Deep expertise in workflow and process design, capable of building scalable systems without a traditional ATS.
• Proven ability to use team data to spot quality gaps and recalibrate output.
• Excellent English communication skills with experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
