About the role
A leading laboratory is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage strategic accounts in the hospital sector at national level. The main goal is to keep long-term client relationships strong and drive the strategic development of key accounts. About 80% of the time will be spent on site.
Key responsibilities
- Manage key accounts: develop and maintain relationships with specialist doctors.
- Consultative negotiation and sales: identify needs, offer solutions and negotiate agreements with healthcare institutions and professionals.
- Communicate and present scientific information clearly and effectively.
Required profile
- Degree holder, preferably in Health Sciences.
- At least one year of experience in hospital visits.
- Previous experience working with rare diseases is highly valued.
- Driving licence and availability for frequent travel across the country.
Required skills
- Good command of the Office package.
- Social and communication skills, planning and organisation.
- Goal and results orientation, proactivity and adaptability.
- Analytical thinking and customer focus.
