Hospital Account Manager – Key Accounts

About the role

A leading laboratory is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage strategic accounts in the hospital sector at national level. The main goal is to keep long-term client relationships strong and drive the strategic development of key accounts. About 80% of the time will be spent on site.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts: develop and maintain relationships with specialist doctors.
  • Consultative negotiation and sales: identify needs, offer solutions and negotiate agreements with healthcare institutions and professionals.
  • Communicate and present scientific information clearly and effectively.

Required profile

  • Degree holder, preferably in Health Sciences.
  • At least one year of experience in hospital visits.
  • Previous experience working with rare diseases is highly valued.
  • Driving licence and availability for frequent travel across the country.

Required skills

  • Good command of the Office package.
  • Social and communication skills, planning and organisation.
  • Goal and results orientation, proactivity and adaptability.
  • Analytical thinking and customer focus.
