Hotel Entertainer – Seasonal Role in Mallorca

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our entertainment team at a hotel in Mallorca. The position is ideal for candidates who enjoy sports, working with children, and performing on stage, even without prior experience in tourism entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead daytime activities such as water games, sport tournaments (football, volleyball) and thematic days.
• Run the Kids Club, planning theme days, creative workshops, and sports sessions.
• Present evening programmes, including mini‑disco for children and multimedia‑supported shows.
• Maintain high standards of public relations by engaging positively with guests.

Required profile

• Minimum of a completed higher‑education degree.
• Availability for at least 5‑6 months starting in March.
• Open, energetic personality with a big smile and strong team spirit.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: German, English, French, Dutch, Swedish or Hungarian.
