HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle for a global intralogistics automation company, ensuring compliant and people‑focused HR operations. Reporting to the HR Director, the role combines recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative duties while acting as a trusted point of contact for staff and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a monthly presence in Madrid and travel up to 50% for HR activities.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, initial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Design and execute onboarding programs and provide follow‑up support during the first months of employment.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR administration, including vacation and sick‑leave requests, exits, and minor conflict resolution.
• Support payroll, performance management, and employee relations in line with Spanish labor law.
• Collaborate with international and matrix teams to ensure consistent HR service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on labor relations or employment law.
• Hands‑on experience across multiple HR functions such as recruitment, payroll support, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
