HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join ERNI’s growing team in Spain. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding employee experience across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, while ensuring compliance with Spanish labour legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance support, talent development, wellbeing initiatives and off‑boarding.
• Partner with managers and employees on HR‑related queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and internal HR processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and contribute to employer branding activities.
• Collaborate with international HR teams to share best practices and align people strategies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Law, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour legislation.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder‑management skills.
