Integrated Planner - Engineering Schedule

About the role

Aerospacial company Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an Integrated Planner in Getafe (Madrid). You will prepare and follow up the high-level and detailed schedules for engineering activities and support all planning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage top-level and detailed scheduling for engineering activities.
• Control deviations in schedule and budget (man-hours).
• Support the chief engineer's office in budgeting and programme control.
• Follow up interdependencies and overall planning, anticipate risks and issues arising from planning changes.
• Support the chief engineer's office in coordinating engineering activities.
• Act as focal point with other organisations involved in the programme (Programmes, Operations, Services, etc.) on scheduling tasks.
• Support annual budget execution, OP/EACs and forecasts, coordinate budget (WL) deltas and rollovers, and manage engineering offers from KoM to delivery through finance.
• Plan workload and control workload.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of engineering experience; a 1-year company internship is valued.
• High adaptability to new topics, new business and networked work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to propose new ideas.
• Advanced English and Spanish; German or French is an asset.
