iOS Engineer – Build Secure SDK

About the role

We are looking for an iOS Engineer to join Veriff’s Engineering team and help build a reliable, secure, and high‑performing iOS SDK that powers our identity‑verification platform. You will work on a fast‑paced, innovative environment, delivering code that runs smoothly across many devices and network conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Veriff’s iOS SDK using Swift.
• Write clean, maintainable, and performant code with a focus on usability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to integrate SDK features.
• Ensure compatibility across different iOS devices and network scenarios.
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, debug issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with iOS development best practices and contribute to workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience building iOS applications with Swift.
• Familiarity with iOS frameworks such as UIKit and Cocoa Touch.
• Understanding of RESTful API integration.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests and debugging mobile code.
• Basic knowledge of mobile architecture patterns and best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
