IT Operations Trainee

About the role

Join SAMY’s Global IT Digital Workplace team as an IT Operations Trainee in Madrid. You will support the local office and assist with regional IT operations across Europe, gaining hands‑on experience with hardware, software, networks, and security under global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to set up, track, and maintain Apple and PC devices using SOTI MDM.
• Provide Level‑1 support for Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Monday.com.
• Assist in troubleshooting office Wi‑Fi, network infrastructure, and VPN connections while learning endpoint security practices (ESET AV and GDPR compliance).
• Help maintain IT guides, asset inventories, and apply global IT standards.

Required profile

• Current studies or basic experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, basic networking concepts, and cloud collaboration tools.
• Eager to learn, solve issues, and improve technical processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with a service‑oriented attitude.
