IT Support Analyst (6-month Fixed-Term, Remote)

About the role

Lime is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join its Help Desk team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is fully remote and supports Lime’s global workforce, ensuring smooth onboarding, off‑boarding and day‑to‑day technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding and off‑boarding tickets, delivering timely IT setup and deactivation.
• Provide high‑quality support for MacOS, Windows, mobile devices, AV equipment and printers.
• Resolve inbound requests via ticketing systems, email, Slack and remote tools (Zoom, Splashtop).
• Troubleshoot critical account systems such as Workday, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Jira and Confluence.
• Document and update IT policies, procedures and knowledge‑base articles.
• Identify support trends, recommend process improvements and participate in IT projects.
• Take part in on‑call rotation, incident response and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• 2+ years of IT support experience in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Resourceful problem‑solver who can work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally and fostering positive employee relationships.
