About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate to join our Corporate & Commercial Department. This position offers the chance to work on a broad range of sophisticated corporate and commercial matters within a dynamic, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

Handle corporate and commercial legal matters.
Conduct legal research, draft documents, and perform analytical tasks.
Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver high‑quality legal services.

Required profile

Admitted to practice in Trinidad and Tobago or will be admitted by 2026.
Up to three (3) years post‑admission experience in corporate and commercial law.
Strong legal research, drafting and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Commitment to delivering high‑quality legal services.
