About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate to join our Corporate & Commercial Department. This position offers the chance to work on a broad range of sophisticated corporate and commercial matters within a dynamic, supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Handle corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft documents, and perform analytical tasks.
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver high‑quality legal services.
Required profile
- Admitted to practice in Trinidad and Tobago or will be admitted by 2026.
- Up to three (3) years post‑admission experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality legal services.
