Junior Backend Developer (.NET) – Madrid

About the role

Aily Labs is looking for a motivated Junior Backend Developer to join its Domain team. You will help build and improve AI‑powered backend services that power decision‑intelligence applications for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend services using C# and .NET under senior guidance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following team standards.
• Fix bugs, implement small enhancements, and refactor existing components.
• Support tooling, automation, and internal platform initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback.
• Help monitor and troubleshoot issues in lower environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver features.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of software development experience or strong academic/project background.
• Basic knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Understanding of OOP, clean‑code principles, REST APIs, and SQL basics.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Interest in cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Strong willingness to learn and good communication skills.
