Junior Counsel (Temporary)

About the role

PepsiCo Iberia is seeking a Temporary Junior Legal Counsel to support legal matters across Spain, Portugal and Italy. The role focuses on corporate governance, marketing legal support, and contract drafting and negotiation within a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing corporate legal matters for PepsiCo entities in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
• Review and advise on marketing campaigns, promotional activities and advertising materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide legal support throughout product development from ideation to launch.
• Draft, review, negotiate and execute commercial agreements, including manufacturing, logistics and procurement contracts.
• Analyze, draft and validate contracts linked to marketing campaigns, such as influencer, sponsorship and collaboration agreements.
• Offer guidance on legal risk assessment and mitigation for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Law degree; specialization in corporate or marketing law is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and commercial contracts; familiarity with advertising regulations is valuable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese and/or Italian knowledge is a plus.
