About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Engineer in Integrated Planning and Workforce Management within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Madrid. The role supports the Chief Engineering and Architecture Team by handling workload and workforce processes across the engineering perimeter, providing data for decision‑making and performance analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Support the definition and implementation of workload and workforce tools for engineering.
- Produce regular SAP reports for internal management.
- Assist in workload planning exercises (OP, FC, EAC, etc.) for the engineering perimeter.
- Monitor and report project performance and workload‑vs‑workforce balance.
- Maintain the basic database for the Engineering Organization Breakdown Structure.
Required profile
- Engineering Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Knowledge of engineering organization, procedures and main projects (desired).
- Autonomous, proactive attitude with strong team spirit.
- Analytical mindset and good data‑handling skills; fluent in English and Spanish.
